Vid graviditet och andra fysiska begränsningar (såsom högt blodtryck) så behöver ni ta det lite lugnare och inte hålla andan inne till ert maximum utan lyssna på kroppens begränsningar och andas därefter.

As a mother of neurodivergent children with special needs, living with ADHD, navigating the changes of perimenopause, and managing life on a tight budget, I’ve been gently but firmly pushed to discover what true self-care really means.

Through years of searching, stumbling, experimenting and learning, I’ve found tools that truly support – even in the storms of life.

I am is a third-generation energy worker, raised between Tokyo and Sweden, with a deep intuitive sensitivity that shaped my path into energy healing, body awareness, and transformation. Having experienced the world as an intense and overwhelming place as a child, I later embraced my high sensitivity as a powerful tool.

I have been practicing yoga since 1991 and teaching for the past 15 years, integrating it with Tanden Kokyu (Japanese self-massage), sound healing, and energy work to help others reconnect with their bodies, trust their intuition, and access their inner wisdom.
