Jag är en multikulturell konstnär och facilitator som väver samman kropp, själ och skapande. Som yogalärare och healer leder jag retreat, workshops och kurser med fokus på ljudhealing, självmassage, andningstekniker, kreativitet och inre transformation.
Självmassagen jag delar kommer från Japan och kallas Tanden Kokyu – en djupt jordande och läkande metod som kombinerar beröring och andning för att aktivera kroppens energiflöde och stärka kontakten med ditt inre centrum.

Talk therapy is a fantastic tool, and I have personally benefited greatly from it. However, I reached a point where words were no longer enough. My mind understood so much, but something deep within me couldn’t be accessed through conversation alone. I needed to connect with my body and let it show me what my rational mind could not grasp.
Kundalini Touch can be a powerful complement to talk therapy and other therapeutic methods. I believe in a holistic approach to healing and do not exclude the need for other forms of therapy when necessary.

Funeral Ceremonies with Sound Journey
As an officiant, I begin the ceremony with a sound journey using my singing bowls. I use my voice to tone from my heart, aiming to reach the hearts of all participants and create a deep connection with the soul.
Leading the entire funeral ceremony and starting with healing sounds that bring people into the present moment, helping them feel and be part of something greater, is an enormous honor for me. My ceremonies are often somewhat unconventional and focus on creating a spiritual presence rather than a conventional and intellectual experience.
I narrate the life story of the deceased in a way that the family recognizes and, if needed, include appropriate music.
