Självmassage and andningsteknik Tanden Kokyo

Självmassage och andningsteknik från Japan, kallad Tanden kokyu. "Tanden" betyder centrum eller kärna, medan "kokyu" kan översättas till andning eller andningsteknik. I denna video visar jag de rörelser som jag har fått lära mig av min japanska mamma och som passar för er som har deltagit i min introduktionsworkshop.

Tekniken balanserar ditt hormonsystem, aktiverar din andning, stimulerar energisystemet, drar igång lymfsystemet och hjälper dig att må bättre i kroppen från topp till tå! Denna övning utförs som bäst på morgonen!

Här är en kort version för er som har deltagit i mina workshops eller gått min onlinekurs och är bekanta med Tanden Kokyu och självmassage. Den är bara 20 minuter lång och du kan lätt integrera denna sekvens i din morgonrutin.

I am is a third-generation energy worker, raised between Tokyo and Sweden, with a deep intuitive sensitivity that shaped my path into energy healing, body awareness, and transformation. Having experienced the world as an intense and overwhelming place as a child, I later embraced my high sensitivity as a powerful tool.

I have been practicing yoga since 1991 and teaching for the past 15 years, integrating it with Tanden Kokyu (Japanese self-massage), sound healing, and energy work to help others reconnect with their bodies, trust their intuition, and access their inner wisdom.
