You can book your spot via the registration link or form. Once your payment is received, your place is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all practical details.
The retreat price includes the full program, which may include yoga, self-massage, breathwork, movement, workshops, and ceremonies, as well as accommodation and all meals. Each retreat may vary slightly, so please see the specific retreat page for more details.
Not at all. Everyone is welcome—beginners and experienced practitioners alike. The retreat is designed so you can arrive just as you are.
We stay in shared rooms with other participants, which often fosters a sense of connection and community. Single rooms are available for an additional cost, but they are limited. Please let us know when booking if you’d prefer a room of your own, and we’ll get back to you with availability and pricing.
Absolutely. Many participants join solo, and the retreat space is held in a way that encourages warmth, safety, and genuine connection. You’re in good company.
We serve nourishing vegetarian meals that are mostly naturally gluten-free. If you have gluten allergies, other food allergies, or special dietary needs, please let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
You’ll receive a packing list well in advance of the retreat. In general, bring comfortable clothes for movement, warm layers for the evenings, a journal, a water bottle, and your own yoga mat unless otherwise noted.
Please see our full cancellation policy for complete terms. In short, if you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat, you’ll receive a full refund minus the non-refundable booking fee. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before, you’ll receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 14 days before the retreat, no refund will be given.
However, if you need to cancel due to illness and provide a valid medical certificate, you may receive a full refund minus the booking fee.
If the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund of the retreat fee. Please note that other costs such as travel or accommodation will not be reimbursed. We recommend booking flexible travel tickets or purchasing travel insurance.
Some parts of the retreat, such as mornings or specific sessions, may be held in silence. This will be clearly communicated on-site and is always optional. Many participants appreciate the space and depth that silence allows.
No. All sessions are optional. You are encouraged to listen to yourself and take time when you need it. Resting, going for a walk, or simply doing nothing are all welcome parts of the process.
There is no fixed schedule. The retreat flows organically based on the group’s needs and what arises in the moment. This creates space for rest, deep exploration, play, and presence—both individually and together.
You’ll receive detailed travel information well in advance. We also do our best to help coordinate ride shares or offer suggestions for travel options.
Yes. We can provide a receipt that you may be able to use for wellness reimbursement, depending on your employer’s policy.
