Cancellation Policy

  • Booking a retreat spot is a binding commitment. Your place is secured once payment has been received. Spaces are limited, and each booking is essential for the retreat to take place.

 

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat begins, you will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. The booking fee is non-refundable and varies depending on the retreat.

 

  • If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before the retreat, 50% of the retreat fee will be refunded.

 

  • If you cancel less than 14 days before the retreat, no refund will be given.

 

  • Early bird bookings are non-refundable and binding. However, you may transfer your spot to another person, with approval from the organizer.

 

  • In case of illness, a full refund minus the booking fee will be given upon presentation of a valid medical certificate. Alternatively, and depending on availability, you may be offered the option to transfer your booking to a future retreat.

 

  • If the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund of the retreat fee. Please note that other costs such as travel or accommodation will not be reimbursed. We recommend booking flexible tickets or purchasing cancellation insurance.
