I am a holistic artist and facilitator, blending body, soul, and creation. As a yoga teacher and healer, I lead retreats, workshops, and courses focused on sound healing, self-massage, breathing techniques, creativity, and transformation.

Kundalini Touch

Talk therapy is a fantastic tool, and I have personally benefited greatly from it. However, I reached a point where words were no longer enough. My mind understood so much, but something deep within me couldn’t be accessed through conversation alone. I needed to connect with my body and let it show me what my rational mind could not grasp.

Kundalini Touch can be a powerful complement to talk therapy and other therapeutic methods. I believe in a holistic approach to healing and do not exclude the need for other forms of therapy when necessary.

Yin-Yoga

My yoga classes are a space to slow down and come back to your natural rhythm. With a special focus on yin yoga, I guide you gently into deep stillness and embodied presence – a counterbalance to a fast-paced, over-performing world. As a highly driven entrepreneur with ADHD, I’ve found profound healing in pausing, softening, and allowing myself to move at a pace that is true for me. From that place, I can hear and share the intuitive guidance that flows through me.
My classes are deeply appreciated – especially by highly sensitive, high-achieving individuals who long to reconnect with life just as it is. I also weave in perspectives from psychosynthesis, a soulful approach to psychology that honours the many layers of the self and the journey of becoming whole.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have practiced for years, you are warmly welcome – just as you are.

In my sound healing sessions, the body is invited to rest and the mind to soften. I use my voice as an instrument – a channel from the heart, from unconditional love, Mother Earth, and my spirit guides. 

In a world overflowing with constant visual input, sound healing offers access to your infinite inner space – a spaciousness beyond words, where you can rest, expand, and simply be.

These sessions are especially appreciated by highly sensitive and intuitive individuals who long to reconnect with the body’s wisdom and the soul’s quiet voice. There is nothing you need to do – just receive.
