Two hard blasted, red gold rings with retained oxide on the outer sleeve.
Reminiscent of an iron-like, raw feeling. The dark surface is worn, after which the rings are used and lets the gold color slowly appear over time. A living process in which everyday life makes it’s mark in a subtle way!
Here are two simple white gold rings. The smaller ring has a slightly brushed surface and a tiny sapphire incased.
Here are two rings made of gold from the Cotapata Mining Cooperative in Bolivia.
I have casted gems in gold and joined them to the ring. These can also be ordered in white gold.
